what are some good poker sites where you can transfer funds in and OUT (espeically important) easily and quickly? and with good deposit bonus etc??

fulltiltpoker is pretty good...the deposit bonus is not released all at once though. it is released by $1 every certain amount of FTP(full tilt points)
I played there...got a little careless...so i stopped :P
either than that, its a pretty good site

They're usually pretty good about it. As long as you have your account info set up and everything, it's like the standard couple buisness days (most the time it's really quick).

If you want to compare poker deposit bonus, The Poker Jerk compared all the top sites a while back. Be sure to read it all!
The short answer is, Full Tilt Poker is best overall, but if you're a low-stakes player, Absolute Poker and Party Poker are the best.
If you play stakes like 25/50 or more, Cake Poker is best.
