Good multivitamins

Ok so my brother has been putting me on a workout program. I used to just do like a full body workout and take gainers and I've plateau'd

So I've gained the weight, now I've started some strength training, then I'll move onto building later on.

But I need a good multivitamin. My bro says he takes one, but he gets it from his business and he says he feels energized all the time.

I need something available from places like Reflex or something that you guys recommend. Also something not too expensive. My brother's costs him like $75 a month! That seems a bit outrageous to me..

I've taken Animal Pak which isnt bad but a pain to take all 11 pills. I'm using Orange Triad right now by Controlled Labs. 6 pills a day and I split it to 3 pills each time, twice a day. I've also heard good things about Opti-Men by ON. All these should be available at Reflex or Popeye except for Orange Triad. I havent found any local stores to carry Controlled Labs products.

What you need goes way beyond what a search will do. I don't think you even know what you mean when you say "vitamins".

Yup, I'm sure those multivitamins will get you past your "plateau"

There is a ton of information out there for beginners trying to get into shape. You should spend more time reading those than worrying about buying multivitamins. I am just trying to help - this post contains more useful information than any other reply here.

I think the problem is that you misunderstood my post. All I was asking was a good multivitamin to try out, I wasnt asking how to get past my "plateau"

I merely mentioned the plateau because I have changed my workout routine (which is still irrelevant to the point of my thread) and it was suggested that I start taking a multivitamin. I know that alone will not get me past my "plateau" either.
I apologize for my thread being a little misleading
