Lightbulb Shops that can check Electrical Problems?

So, i came across with a strange problem related to driver's side turn signal that i posted on diff. section on revscene,

since the problem is getting more often/serious,

friend of mine scanned my ecu and

"electrical problem/malfuntion including electricity doesn't flow to my steeringwheel airbags"

i wanna get it inspected so i visited local Honda dealership but they say

inspection itself will start from $100+, and dunno what's gonna happen.

my simple guess is it may be because of "flasher", so i want to get it checked, and replaced,

so, i'm looking for a place that specialize electrical area, that can do inspection and fix the problem with a reasonable coast.

Thanks in advance.

What kind of car? Year, etc...

Sounds to me like the switch, or a grounding issue. It's really common on Cavaliers, so I can say "it sounds familiar..."

We do electrical diagnosis and we charge $75 per hour. We're very experienced and efficient as well.
