daytime running lights on 2002 S2000

Hello folks, we've got a sweeeeet black 2002 Honda S2000 and until I get the daytime running lights working, there's no passing the provincial safety inspection.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
Thanks in advance for any tips.

Cheapest solution, buy a DRL module and connect them to the HID's. Ignition on means HID's are on.

That is not the most ideal solution but will get your car through the inspections.
