The Murci was so much more subtle and clean, the design of the Aventador just screams look at me over and over and over again

They picked their design based on the market. New money lacks class and subtlety. They want flash and glitz which is exactly what the Aventador offers.

It makes the f40 above even more special. That's a car owned by someone who truly loves these cars. The average Aventador owner doesn't care about history. They just want people to see them.

Agreed, I hadn't seen one in a long time, then caught one outside boathouse the other week, beautiful Lambo yellow, and it just looks fucking fantastic.

Absolutely! The F40 is totally the "it" car. The others are even kind of lack-luster for me.

werd.

I may get failed for this, but when I see an Exotic with wrap or wheels and an "SR" plate frame, all I can think is that SR stands for "Style Repellant".

how many f40's are there in canada?

i only hear of them when something bad happens... like the one that was wrecked here a few years back:

Ferrari F40 fights Vancouver pole, pole wins | CTV Vancouver News

and this one from toronto:

Rare Ferrari F40 mangled by red-light runner near Toronto | Driving

the Merc used to be my favorite car but it just hasnt aged well. Still a beauty but it looks dated now with it's successor being the aventador.

Never driven one myself but when i drove the Aventador at ExoticsRacing i told the guy i loved the LP640, he said compared to the Aventador the 640 is a fucking beast of a car to handle. No traction control, insane rear wheel power, and cracks loose like nothing, also a huge headache in maintenance.

He said when they had the 640 they would have 5-6 people go off the track A WEEK, now since they've gotten rid of it they may have 2-3 a month lol
