Most likely. And I can't even hate on it 'cause if I had a thick bank roll I'd want a clubhouse too. How awesome would that be? Chillin' with some beers and working on cars with friends and top notch tools and hoists! That sounds fuckin' killer! If I hit the lotto this is exactly what I'd do.
I'd be doing the same thing if I had the means. No hate from me, just jealousy and a statement of what it likely is. I'm sure they will throw a few sets of wheels on some cars or install some seats here and there, but we all know the reality of what it costs to operate a business at a profit in Vancouver.

I have seen the Europa around town so the pic itself is most likely local. Also, some local exotic car owners choose to insure in Alberta as it is cheaper than here thanks to Group 98created BY ICBC.
