Marine Dr. is not the only road in West Van with waterfront residence. In fact, there are abundant. I've seen way crazier waterfront houses in more private areas of West Van such as Gleneagles.
Seems like MarshallPlacid straight up knows where that particular house is located.

The Evora was in the shortlist back in Oct. 2012, but wasn't sure about the future viability of Lotus "Inc".

^ believe it or not thats a normal is350/250 with f sport package not a IS-F. I wonder how crazy aggressive the new ISF is going to look.
