because japan isnt a lil pussy country like us
over here they basically telling us NOT to drive even tho things are so spread apart and public transit sucks balls

They see it as a proper "sports" and "sports" should be introduced to everyone. All those items promoted in the feature are legal racing series, with the gymkhana most accessible by public. So they start from there.

It's a mentality thing.

how do you think F1 drivers get their start? almost all of the F1 drivers today started off racing go-karts when they were like 12.
