2009 Tramontana R

Priced at $520375, the 2009 Tramontana R is powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.5L V12 engine that generates 720hp and 811lb-ft of torque, rocketing the car from 0-60mph in just 3.6-seconds
The TRAMONTANA team has reduced the weight of the car to 92 kg. (203 lbs) despite the fact that the first version had already been done with the lightest materials. Remind that the chassis and the bodywork are completely made in carbon fiber

The F1 cars take 0-60mph in almost/around 4 seconds, they're too light and it doesn't go that fast until the downforce comes in effect.

look at this website, i know it's in japanese but click on the "go" button and see the difference between NSX and F1.

The F1 machines can't really go fast until they get some downforce.

i think they wrote that wrong

i think it meant that it reduced the weight 92kgs, because the engine alone prob weighs upwards of 300lbs it's a V12

engine prolly weighs close to 600lbs for a v12. but still 200lbs for a rolling chassis is still damn light. full car is 800lbs? very light for that much hp a motorcycle weighs what, 400lbs?

The wheelbase has been shortened by 50mm to improve handling and aerodynamics, and weight is down by 202 pounds to just 2,777 pounds. The R stretches 192 inches from nose to tail, is 82 inches wide and 51 inches tall, and weight distribution is a perfect 50:50 left to right and 42:58 front to rear

No one cares about 0-60 on a supercar.
