As horrifying as it is to see that officer get run over, It's for the courts to decide what punishment the car theif gets, not the other officers.

wow,

he looks like he is either passed out or dead, and that one cop fucking elbow drops him, then the other starts wailing on his head.

hope those cops get suspended and/or fired, and the guy walks, sues the city.
