Purchasing an 00 Carrera 2 S/C

Anyone know of any problems?

there was an article in excellence magazine a while ago on some problems with the 996, i'll see if i can dig it up. i don't own a porsche, but i love them and i demand a ride if you pick up that sc'd carrera.

the engine is really back, so there are lot more understeer/oversteer compared to boxster

My boss has one but his is a 2006. The years to look for are the 2004 and up as said in the previous post. If its a private sale just get everything checked out so there are no huge hidden costs.....
