Apple Cider Vinegar

I keep hearing good things about taking a shot a day of this. Just wondering what brand you guys buy and where do you buy it from? I read that there are some processed ones that take out some of the nutrients which would defeat the purpose of me taking them.

And how do you take it? Some people say take a shot of it, but I read that you should put 2 teaspoons in with 16oz of water and sip it, DON'T chug.

Just curious what do you guys that take it do?

Used this for my feet cause I had some nasty foot fungus. It helped.
As for drinking it, yes you can but let me be the first to warn you that it tastes buck nasty. You have to dilute it as well with 2 teaspoons in 1 glass of water. Might wanna use a straw if this is gonna become a regular thing because its really acidic and it will wear the enamel on your teeth. You can also mix it with juice to fend off the horrible taste.
Get the organic brands which you can find at any health food store. Look for Braggs brand. The ones at the local supermarket are filled with preservatives and junk.

Does Superstore have it, I went today and they sent me to the pill form. What aisle would it be in, healthcare or with the sauces? I looked around but couldn't find any.

i've heard that apple cider vinegar pills.. help speed up digestion.. not sure how true it is... apparently the acid eats away at the food you eat.. so you should take it right before or after a meal ????

OK so I went to superstore, costco, and save on foods.

Superstore only has Heinz pure apple cider vinegar, but it came in a 4L bottle for $8.

Costco didn't have any.

Save on foods had Allens Pure Apple Cider Vinegar, i think like 800ml or 1L for $4.

Do these work? or are they for cooking or something?

i suggest you visit capers or choices or any one of those organic food places... make sure you look for key terms like "unpasteurized," "unfiltered," or something along those lines... the pasteurization kills many of the heat-sensitive vitamins and enzymes that make it a good food in the first place.

it taste and smell really bad. made me gag and almost cried after drinking a cup but I didn't dilute it with that much water.

it taste better if you melt a couple teaspoons of honey and then add a teaspoon of the vinegar. don't forget some ice.

^ the vitamins and nutrients from it.

i think it also helps with your acid-alkaline balance and makes your body more alkaline if i'm not mistaken.
