Vacation In Vancouver: What to do Wednesday Night??

Been out of Vancouver for the better part of the last 3 years so not too up to date with the restaurant and clubbing scene. I will be returning middle to late July and have time for 1 night up to catch up with friends. Took a brief check through ClubVibes but wanted to get some RS opinions.

Need to find:

1. A restaurant that can offer fine dining style of food but also good after dinner drink atmosphere/Lounge.

2. Club/Lounge on a Wednesday night with bottle service. Couldnt find any place in particular with any good events going on for a Wed. Something suitable for roughly 10 people, possibly 20. Prefer House/Hip Hop/Trance/R&B music.

3. After hours. Gorg? Anything else other than Basement.

Also, is anyone aware of any shows or DJs coming to Vancouver between July 18th and August 8th?
