They are cracking down on unpaid tickets from the US...too many Canadians are getting tickets and not paying,,there was an article on here that Skid posted,,,if you plan on going back to Seattle ever, just pay it. Why risk getting into trouble in the US?

You were speeding, pay the ticket and be done with it.

This wasn't what she was asking/is seeking advice for.

She asked if she was going to get points for the ticket and the answer is no.

She was fully willing to pay the ticket and had no issues with not paying it.

Reading comprehension > you

speeding tickets in the US do not show up on ur BC driver's record (maybe the rest of canada too).. u dont even have to pay it.. but if u dont, next time u go to the US, they might have a warrant for ur arrest!

If your driving excessively fast, they'll give u a "negligent driving, second degree" .. that DOES show up on ur BC license, but no points..
