tailoring dress shirts and suit jackets

Can anyone recommend me any good places that do a good job and know what they are doing when it comes to dress wear?...Dressshirts and suits are expensive and dont want to ruin them...theres lots of threads about wear to get jeans hemmed, are these places just as good for tailoring dress wear?

also how much can I expect approximately for each service?

Shorten dress pants
shorten sleeves of dressshirt
getting a suit jacket fitted

thanks!

For something simple like tightening up a dress shirt, or hemming dress pants, I always go to Albert's on Robson (just across Sears). Sure it's just a room that looks a bit chaotic, but Albert is a guy who knows his stuff and usually knows the right amount to take in. Several retailers in the area use him as their tailor on behalf of their customers.

Many people on here use Oakridge Tailors on Cambie and 40th to make adjustments on their suits. I used them recently with a couple of blazers and they did a fairly decent job on them.
