What the duece? Turbo howstuffworks

Is it just me or is this guy a moron?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-DYN...eature=related

I kind of expected better from howstuffworks.com

Most of it is good but when he talks about how turbos increase fuel milage when not creating boost by "atomizing" the air? WTF is that? By atomizing does he mean heat up? That would be bad. I could see atomizing fuel, but unless he is a total retard he has to know that fuel is injected downstream of the turbo.

You can't "atomize" what's already a gas.

Perhaps, but you better believe that they made that motor atomize air like nobody's business!
