Honestly, yes. The Escalade is somewhat overplayed by those Baller guys with their 27'' Rims and whatever. If $70k is around your range, have you considered a Land Rover?

Range Rover is better(yes I know its a land rover.) They generally maintain value very well, and wtf reliability? It's a land rover think for yourself, good enough for the queen good enough for me.

in fact their reliability is pretty bad and its expensive to fix. Do u think the queen care about cost? Also, do u expect her to ride in a ford?

its true that land rovers are not very reliable, and they are expensive to fix, but is the merc any better?

The GL would be better than a land rover, Get the diesel, good on gas, good seating capacity. Generally mercedes issues are insignificant and cheap to fix, smaller things like lightbulbs and electrics. Get the CDI even though the 550 is really sexy
