Spotted like 3 times recently in Richmond... still drives like a douche  . I've also found out recently that my g/f and that guy's g/f are friends  , so the description kchan gave is a confirmed match.

124Y maybe you should go undercover murder him and give the car to Captain Picard since it's his dream car... carry on with life the next day and nothing happened. You don't want to dump the body on land, rent a boat and throw the body out in the ocean.

Next time, pull over and let him pass, obviously that EVO8 doesn't know how to use the left lane, if he knew how to drive he would have used it long ago.
Drivers like you cause road rage.
Who knows maybe he has a gun maybe he wants to rob you? Whatever reason he has for tailing you...Pull over, problem solved.
There could be so many reasons why he's tailing you.
If he pulls over as well, then you may still have a problem.

too many drivers like that too in Richmond, including C-Lais in their Mybotsu Monstrosities

Is it a white Evo with CF hood and CF trunk? If so, I know where this person lives.
There's another modded white Evo 8 or 9, stock wheels but lowered, that parks behind the Esso on Westmin and Garden City. Might be a gas jockey there or something.
