No. 5 Road Richmond. Correct me if I'm wrong

On No.5 Road between Westminster and Blundell there is a traffic speed reader. If you go over 55 km/h, there is a flash from the traffic meter.

Ticket or just a warning light to get the drivers attention to look at their current speed?

Haha.. I think I got flashed a few times for going 55 when I was driving up and down No. 5 trying to find the VGC. :D

It's just a warning light, but if you get busted right after it, the officer will not be forgiving.

I've never seen it flash for vehicles traveling less than ~60km/hr. But I only realized that it flashed 2 weeks ago when I was in a hurry to get somewhere and I think my lights were out-flashed by it. That light is very bright at night.

There was already a thread about this just last month.
