Me and my co-owner are very much car people and think we would get along with a fellow car lover though we are open to anyone we can get along with. The room downstairs we are renting for $500 util incl (gas, elec, internet, tv) You also get full use of our 2800sq.ft house, all the room you need to park toys, and garage space if need be and if it's available. There is also a room upstairs which is slightly smaller that we would be willing to rent for less.
