Discounts on brand new Mazda 3

My friend is looking into purchasing a Mazda 3 Sport GT in august and he's wondering whether there can be ne discount, they won't be leasing BTW

Dealer says $200 in accesories... pretty useless IMO,

He already paid a deposit at the burnaby mazda dealership, (i don't know why Mazda 3 aren't even that high demand...)

So does anyone know anyone who workks at Mazda who can help him out?

^haha that's what i thought, Like why would the dealer give u a discount if he already got the sale pretty much... What a dumb move, although had they not paid the deposit, would it be able to get ne decent discount?
