Bonny's Driving School Reviews?

Hey there,

I am planning to enroll in Bonny's GLP, just wondering if there are any testimonials about their instructors and programs overall.

$600 for GLP package
$30/hour without package

http://www.bonnydriving.com/

Not too shabby!

Young Drivers is $1500 now? What the fuck?

Lo those years ago when I had to get my FUCKING N because I was born 8 months to late (fuck you everyone born in '82 before March 22), it was only $800.

Inflation is nuts.

GLP's aren't even worth it anymore, back in the day, I went L to N in 3 months, but I guess you get good lessons from it

Do I even need GLP classes? I have my L for quite some time now and I have been driving on and off for 2 - 3 years with an L license. I don't struggle when driving, the only problems I have are parallel parking, turns on curbs, and accelerating and breaking too often (ie. not smooth at driving). I feel like my driving confidence/performance is around 75% - 80%.

GLP lost its purpose a while back when they announce that both N & L can't drive anyone other than family members.

But OP, the easiest way to deal with the problem u have is to practice. Going to lessons is pointless if u dun practice.

Parallel park: Go on an empty side street on Sunday afternoon & just do it 20 million times. U'll eventually get the hang of it.

Turn on curbs: Just move out a little more than u'r used to.

Smooth driving: Get a friend to drive in front of u & u can just follow him around for an hour or so. U'll eventually get how ur car behaves.

Parents forced me to go Young Drivers, but since my family doesn't have a car, it was the only solution since I couldnt get lessons from family friends. Paid 1200, and it was a fuckin pain in the ass to get your scheduling. They said they'd take care of it, but I was left waiting 2 months in the dark, and had to call in myself, and even THEN I didn't get lessons until they started 2 weeks ago (I did the in-class part in APRIL).

I should have tried to find a better and cheaper instructor set...
