I'm surprised there hasn't been more love for asparagus or sweet beets.

One thing I found, I usually pretty well hate red and green peppers, BUT when they're deep fried with that fish paste in it (hong kong street vendor style?) it's a whole other taste and it's not only edible, but delicious.

I used to hate those peppers too, but they're growing on me. Green ones are the cheapest and taste the worst, IMO. Red ones are ok, but the orange and yellow ones are so sweet! Stir-fried of course - I'm not gonna eat them raw!

pretty much any veggie cooked or uncooked... -- anything that is stir fried in garlic or some sauce, charred or grilled with a bit of oil/seasoning

some ones come to mind...pea tip, gai choy, spinach, brocolinni, zucchini, potato, yam, brocolli, gai lan, sui choy, buttercup squash, asparagus green or white...

Pea tips rock.

I like almost any vegetable except for okra & cilantro. Those two need to be banned.
