Where to get a spacer made? machine shop?

Im basically looking to have a custom spacer made

roughly 73mm outer diameter, 60mm inner diameter and roughly 15-20mm thick.

yes its a hub centric ring, but im trying to match two 73mm outer diameter hubs.

If you have the ring that you fit in the wheel then you don't need to custom manufacture some right?

thats not the point.

im running a 25mm spacer which is 73mm, so i already have a hub centric ring for it.

now the rims are also 73mm hub, thus i have both are 73mm. think of it as trying to attach 2 male ends. i need a spacer inner sleeve to center the two.
