I don't know if the emergency story is true, but to the store's credit he seems genuinely apologetic for the delay and is trying to make the situation right which I think is good gesture. Perhaps my situation was an unexpected glitch in an otherwise good business.
Arg. OK so I got most of my order shipped, but on a few items I had ordered more than one and I just got one out of every item I had ordered. The company still owes me about $40 worth of product and has vanished off the face of the earth again.
I mean that is better than the $300 I was out before, but still shitty.
