Mario's downtown has a pretty good selection of suits, etc., sort of like Harry Rosen.

Check out Nordstrom Rack. They are the outlet store for Nordstrom's and all suits are 50% off with additional discounts on top.

haha I actually did buy a suit from Nordstrom rack though, hugo boss jacket originally $600 got it for about 70% off i think?

Only problem with outlets is it's hard to find smaller sizes. Most of the stuff is L, XL, XXL, XXXL and XXXXXXXXXL.
