Taking craps at really odd times.. Just wanna make sure my body is functioning properly because I'm a little worried. Been starting night shifts at my job so that means I'm working from 12:00am - 8am. Before I was having regular bowel movements a couple times a day. What worries me is that since I've started night shifts I have been only taking a crap once a day usually after my shift ends when I get home. Not only that but the consistency of my feces is really hard and clumpy. Usually its soft and smooth consistency. I haven't been eating differently or eating bad foods. Is this just my body trying to adjust to my new schedule? |
I'd say its the new schedule. If thats the only variable in your life thats changed.. |

It is not good for you !! you feel like a zombie with no life I got home around 730am, and stayed up till 2pm... sleep and woke up around 9pm..and ready to go to work again.. i ate 3 meals at 9am, then 10pm and 4am... and I shit about once every 3 days.. if you are a night person, i suggest you do afternoon shift... 3pm to 11pm (i found this is the best shift for night activist lol) |

Immobility can be related to the consistency and frequency of your bowel movements. Since you are now resting or sleeping during the day (when you usually had your regular bowel movements), the intestines are less stimulated and feces stay longer = harder/clumpier. |
All times are GMT -8. The time now is 08:53 PM. |
