Dim Sum in Richmond?

I haven't ate dim sum at Richmond for a few years now so I was hoping some of you could recommend a place to get some good but reasonably priced dim sum.

Thanks guys

Viva City on Alexandra. I go to Kingford on the 2nd floor at Westminster and No. 3 regularly as I like their smaller servings but I noticed the quality has slipped a little, though still good.

I used to go to kingford every week then the guy sold it and all the staff changed :(
Vivacity is great  and parking is not so bad, and it's extra not bad if you park on alexandra cos the asians would rather spend $3 in gas money than park right in front for the pay parking
Ocean harbour is pretty good but parking is a pain
Gingeri in lansdowne isn't bad either some dishes are quite good in fact

Personally for Richmond I like going to Gingeri for their dimsum. There's also this place on no.3 literally beside Yaohan thats ok too.

Top Gun?

Dim Sum isn't bad, acquired taste for many, try with a glass of wine made from nebbiolo grapes:

Is it me or has Fisherman's terrace drop in quality in terms of Dim sum. My favourite dish there is their stir fried glutenous rice with chinese sausage.

Shanghai Wonderful, on Cooney/Landsdowne!

I didn't really like Rainflower. Other than it's got nice renovation, the place's dim sum is only "okay" but for the price of "high quality".

They spent boatloads of money on the renovations (yet did them with complete disregard to safety. Watch out if you're sitting under those chandeliers, I know people that did renovations for them and they wouldn't sit under them knowing how they're secured)

Personally I've never been there to eat, only during construction. I don't think i'll be trying it soon anyways.

south sea/ocean (im not sure about the english spelling cuz i rarely pay attention to it) restaurant, that place is awesome cuz instant of giving u a menu they have ppl push bainmaries (steam carts) around & u just order there from the cart

good for ppl that can't read like me (yes im chinese & it's sad) or when the english just gets to disgusting & theres HKYK, that place never seems to disappoint

HKYK is beside aberdeen, while south sea is beside chiffons
