This movie was just as good as I expected it to be. No better, no worse. In other words, one of the best movies made in the last few years, IMO. Fucking awesome!

I wish QT could make movies every month :(

No, they put them above and below the normal ones. I felt bad for the people who had to read them, because quite often they were white on a white background. Then again, I have tried to watch many Chinese movies where the English subs were the same way, so fuck 'em! :lol

Amazing movie. I agree with Skinnypupp. More QT movies please. Makes me want to hit my QT marathon....maybe I should.

And one more thing: If you didn't LOVE the movie, watch it a second time. QT movies are ALWAYS better the second time around.

Had a few breakfast pints this morning before the show and I was so excited to see it but I ended up falling asleep in middle of it. In fact, I didnt feel very good afterwards but some Jewish guy sold me a book on the street later today which made me feel a lot better. Will have to see it again.

LOVED IT. Being a jew, it had some weird sense of redemption for me. The ending was satisfying.

it was a cool flick but :rolleyes: to ^^^^ i think our grandparents(my grandmas jewish and my grandfathers/great grandfather fought in it) would feel offended by someone finding redemption from an action/comedy movie

I think anyone's grandparents would be offended by plenty of things that don't offend us. That is a stupid point to make.

not really since ww2 only affected our grandparents/great, it was over 60 years ago

if they made a movie about the war of 1812 id be pretty fuckin ecstatic about canada wooping ass on the americans.

god damn, did not expect a masterpiece like this, QT's best yet imo

i'm glad he didn't sell out, and kept with his personal themes, along with those negro jokes

im also glad that QT has the balls and more importantly, the pull in hollywood, to make things the way he wants to. not alot of directors will do things risky.
