Burned out parking light
 

My headlight assembly includes, headlight, turn signal and a very small parking light. One parking light is burned out, I read that it's a PITA to replace as the headlight assembly has to be removed in order to reach that bulb. The parking light is unnoticeable when the headlights are on. The parking light is clear, not amber.

Could I be ticketed for having a burned out parking light?

Yes you could... but it's not likely to attract a cop's attention on its own. Don't do anything else stupid to call attention to yourself, and you should be fine until you can get it fixed.
