What do you guys think of bowties? What do you guys think about rocking a bowtie in a casual setting like a club or lounge? |
tie or bust. only peewee herman can pull it off lol |
i'd do it. it'll be great convo starter.. u'll definitly stand out from the other d-bags.. |
Bowties are awesome. How to pull it off in Vancouver, I don't know. Perhaps at a party or lounge with a group of friends would be awesome, but not to a club. Would be ballin' if you wore one to dinner. :) |
First thing that comes to mind is Andre 3000 |
if you went to a country club or a high class lounge than it would be fine....then again....how many of those are in vancouver......maybe NYC? |
Going for this look? http://static.tvguide.com/MediaBin/C...0903brown1.jpg |
^ thats a LV bowtie |
|
Lol, I'm not looking to wear one but it seems to be latest trend amongst designers and was just curious to see how many people would actual wear one in a casual setting. |
|
I wouldn't but it isn't really that I think it's the gayest thing in the world but rather I would look fucking stupid. I don't have anything against bowties but imo there are just some things that only some people can pull off and look good. This is one of them. |

bowtie definitely hard to pull off but I would rock one in the right setting. Maybe new years or something. |
It'll be the new style, might aswell be one of those who wore it in the beginning. |
Yea it's pretty hard to pull off casually without looking like you're trying too hard. You need the whole look too: slim clean clothing, maybe a nice sweater. I would rock one to a formal or a wedding or something... I don't even like wearing a normal tie casually, wearing it to work is enough for me =p |
