Question Building a "Mini Zen Garden"... where can i get these items? (Surrey/Langley)

I'm not too sure if this is the right place to post this...

I'm going to make a 2ft x 1ft Mini Zen Garden and I'm looking for the following items. The closer the stuff is to Langley/ Surrey, the better!!

Items Needed:
White Fine-Sand [See Picture 1 or 2]
A Mini Tower/ Shrine-Looking-Thing (Bonsai Figure Accessory) [See Picture 2]

I figure I'll just save $20-30 Bucks and build the thing myself w/ a simple wood frame and a flat base. The rake i could just use a glue gun, cut tooth-picks, shish-kabob stick, and a small cylinder piece of wood. The sand and the figurine/figure is really all i need. I'm sure i could find some Basalt rocks anywhere...

Question: Where can i find the two listed items in Surrey/ Langley?

Thanks in advance!
