no Mclaren decided to build the engine themselves..

It is totally different from NSX.. eg engine is longitudinal vs transverse.

Wow you can really see the mclaren F1 influence in the style, but a bit too much like every supercar out there cause they all have a bit of that LOL either way!

the car's shell looks pretty much identical to the ferrari italia.. or is that just me? Sexy as hell non the less.

this is actually a disappointment. the design is arguably soft and less aggressive compared to the original. it will definitely look outdated real fast.

here's one of the speculative renderings that came out from a magazine several years ago:

I don't think this is supposed to be anywhere near the F1 league. That was a money losing project, this car will compete with the 458 and actually attempt to make some money for McLaren.

y are u guys comparing it to the old mclaren, they arent even on the same level, this is only the entry level designed to compete with 458, and gallardos
