it will have to be priced to compete with cars like the genesis coupe, but i hope it turns out to be good. toyota needs some "fun" cars... plus the subaru boxer motor means a good aftermarket at launch. and it's already in GT5: http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/06/v...o-5/#continued |
wow, that looks really good! At first glance I thought the 370z was being restyled |
wow is all i have to say about this car it just looks ummmm not like a toyota has in years i love every thing but the inside it's a bit much i find and i hope they change it only other bad this is boxster motor uncorked sound umm diss pleasing to me |
Looks great, im sure there will be a lot of changes, the tail lights have no reverse lights or signals, rear diffuser probably wont be there. Interior is like a typical concept car.. all futuristic like. Weird seats with no seat belts, the stereo is the weirdest thing ive ever seen, zippers on the dash? I do like the "ABS" button next to the shifter though the A-pillar windows are something ive never seen before. Apparently the engine is going to be an N/A 2.0L Boxer, 146hp.. at least it wont sound bad with an exhaust. If its light enough its going to be ridiculously fun, I hope they offer a boosted version. Apparently its in GT5? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cn3WHKdhcJk |
I like the exterior, but 146Hp sounds anemic. |
Racecar-like handling means uncomfortable :p |

Well it sure looks nice, and it'd be nice to see something other than the lame Solara listed in their "sports" group on their website. But to bring out a "sporty" car with less power than the Celica GT they decided couldn't generate enough sales is sorta......stupid. :?: |
it would be nice if the base model had the NA motor, and have a TRD turbo kit... |

I like it. Great lines on the car. Looking forward to finding out more info. |
Looks sorta like a baby GTR. Despite that, interesting competitor for Hyundai. |
