imo, it's another one of those guys who think they're a crazy pro driver so they go straight to turn off the traction control when they first turn on the car because it influences their "performance"

The driver was going fast enough to eject over a few flights of stairs? Maybe he panicked and accidentally floored the gas pedal rather than the break pedal?

So i'm hearing that
1. Civic (heading opposite direction) turns left in front of the GTR, thus cutting him off
2. GTR weaves out and smacks into the bank

Who's fault do you think? Civic I heard was untouched but should they be the one to blame?
