Going tonight. It got very mixed reviews, some loved it and some hated it so we'll see. I loved the book as a kid but i'm not too keen on the kid they cast for it.

I watched it on opening night. I give it a 7.5/10. It's more kid oriented but I like how they were able to display human emotion through the monsters.

I give it a similar score (75%). It was a tear jerker for some girls.. hopefully astroboy doesn't disappoint.. argh..been waiting for another really good movie to blow me away

I went in expecting too much. My childhood memories of the book didn't quite flow with the movie. 2.5/5 in my books.
