Car Dinged
If your car gets dinged and you see it happen, but there are no other witnesses, what can you do?

I'm assuming you got the person's contact info and license if it was a car they dinged it with.

It's called "fail to remain" and it is normally a MV Act ticket. The law requires you to stop and at identify yourself to the owner. Got the plate #, call Police & report it. Also contact your insurer.
