Spotted: first one to spot Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport?
Am I the first one to spot in on the street? Saw the silver one driven by the Vansky kid on University Blvd @ UBC right outside Rose Garden. Props for him to drive it in the rain....at least his top wasn't down!!
