Dispute + guilty = DPP when? if i disputed a ticket and lost. would the DPP be put into effect at the day of lost at court or the day of the offence? |
Good question. My experience is that everything happens on the day of conviction. |
under the old system you could only get one ticket per year. I know once I got 2 in one year. paid one, lost the other a year later. didn't have to pay any points so it must have been on conviction. the new system is 3 over 3 years so really it doesn't matter much any more which year it happens. |
^3 over 3 years? whats that never heard of it. i thought it was 4+points (usually 2 tickets) in the span of 1 year, makes me pay DPP premium and then my points are back to 0. so if i get another ticket after i pay my premium, ill be back to 2-3points not also, when does the 1 year start. my first ticket? the year 2009? |
