Rear Seats

Hey I was trying to get my rear seat out the other day and it just wasn't coming. I was pushing and pulling and still it wouldn't budge.
Is there some hidden release? Any help?

Yes Sir

I understand that there are 2 clips. But how do I release them without bending the seat of destroying the clips?
