Ok in all seriousness. Just ask her/him out but make it clear that you have intentions of having a relationship.

its cuz we are all young fools in love

you grow some balls first which you clearly do not have then you ask them out

hmm we see this often, but how does one show that intention?

knowing how women can overthink something, how do we let them know that our intentions are to ask them out on a date without being blatant or weird about it?

By that, i mean, tell her you are romanticly interested in her and want to move onto the next level, not that you plan to get her drunk and stick it in her bum.
