also, hk has good selections too. few years back, seaweed shake fries and chocolate dipped ice cream for less than 50cents cad were my favourite.

so if you are desperate to try awesome mcdonalds food, go buy yourself a plane ticket and fly to eat at mcdonalds...then come back.

i love mcnuggets but canada has such high prices for them. i wonder when the next time ill go down to the states to eat hundreds of nuggets

Somehow the nuggets in the states (Beside Seattle Outlets in Walmart) wasn't nearly as good as the nuggets here...

Still 40/8.99$....

Be glad you're not in Japan, where fries cost like $2.50 CAD for small

This is what they have at Mcdonalds HK right now

White: mashed potatoes, pepper mushroom sauce, fried chicken patty, bacon, light bun.
Black: mashed potatoes, truffle sauce, two beef patties, bacon, squid ink bun.

And in Japan they brought back their old chicken burger from the 90's, before they got the McChicken:

ginger and soy flavored fried chicken patties on a steamed bun with shaved cabbage and a slightly spicy sauce. they also have one with grated radish

I have to say, the mcdonalds fries in Japan are SO FUCKING GOOD. I don't know why, but I like them way more than the ones in HK or Canada.

Fast food in Canada tastes way better than fast food in the US for some reason. Except for Jack in the Box, I have never had a good experience at an fast food restaurant south of the border. You can extrapolate this to other foods-I hear barbeque chicken at a Canadian Costco tastes better than at an American Costco because of stricter food standards (In Canada they use younger chickens bred for their meat). Or, I chatted with someone in Point Roberts the other day about how much cheapter groceries are ($3.59/gallon for milk), and she told me that the quality of food in Canada is much better even though you pay more.

How did I get on that tangent?

Anyway, 50% off the new Signature McWraps from this Wednesday until Saturday. No coupon needed. The McWraps are ridiculously overpriced.

No, they are "evil" and use fake food to fool the customers. Ask Charles in Charge, he has proof

That is a pretty good website, they do a great job of answering questions and dispelling myths. Particularly amusing were all the vegetarians asking for vegetarian burgers.. if you want to eat burgers, stop being a vegetarian . Also funny was the person who said "why doesn't McDonald's have any real vegetarian food"

They wouldn't need to make a mega big box if they filled the containers full.

They have been giving away these fries holder for cars with large size sets.. been eating a lot of McD's lately to collect these, they sell pretty well on ebay, and will only go up when they disappear at the end of the month

Question for those that work at mcds. I order a mcdouble "made like a mac" they charge me for double cheeseburger made like mac, but at some mcds they charge me mcdouble and add line "like mac".

What is the correct way of placing an order for a MCDOUBLE made like a mac? I've tried telling them to use " add line like a mac" but they still use the double cheeseburger code.

At the mcdoubles there like the ones in Japan? Basically a double cheeseburger, but with one slice of cheese instead of two?

By far the best deal, especially here where every other set is like $7-8

I say this exactly
McDouble
No ketchup
No Mustard
Sub Mac Sauce
Add shredded lettuce lettuce

I think they charge to add mac sauce, but don't if they punch it in as a substitute.
Be nice, go slow. It's not often they have to punch this stuff in.

Shit.

Will have to try again though. I think my mouthwash threw out the taste of all my food.

My fries tasted sweet...

Tried it with high hopes but it was sooo bland. No flavor at all and not all that special. Tasted like a jr chicken with bacon.
