Just a reminder for those who want the GPS that we're meeting tonight at 7:30PM at the Tim Hortons at Marine and Byrne Road! I'm going out to pick them up soon! (And hopefully my bike too)

Fuuuuu, not going to make it to point Roberts at all. Traffic is at a standstill and there's a few accidents sliding down the flow. Also, took counter flow and I'm on the wrong side...

Are these prices too go to be true? I'm tempted to order a Sky kit..

They are real. But whether you actually get them or not is another story. I have been VERY tempted to place an order.

saiko ordered me a knock-off Rapha kit. So far, so good, save for the obvious things like stitching quality, sizing/fit etc. But for the price you pay in comparison to the real deal, it's hard to complain (aka you get what you pay for.) He had it shipped to his place when he was still living there so receiving the goods wasn't a problem.

How did you guys go from talking $150+ custom high quality jersies to $30 questionable quality knockoff sets? Lol

These are well reviewed on the net. General consensus is that you get what you pay for. Generic material, cut and fitment. They're all the same except for the print design

I'm still up in the air about wearing replica kits (real or fake).

But I was very close to ordering the personalized team sky jersey with last name and country flag printed on it!!

I'm genuinely curious as to why. Care to share? I know there's a split - those who are anti-team kits and those who just don't care.

I'm on the fence for the most part but in the end, if it's a deal, it's a deal.

^i used to be like that too.

some people think its too tacky/poserish or you need to be good/fast enough to rep a team kit, some ride for themselves n dont care.

i just do because i just want to support the company/team, even though i know what i paid for will never reach cannondale lol.

kinda like people wearing sports jerseys for their favourite team whether it'd be the canucks or whatnot.

I'm on the fence because most team kits support brands that I don't have / like / care for / support.

I wouldn't drive a Toyota and have nismo stickers.

I would ride a focus and wear rapha team sky bibs/jersey cuz I don't have a pinarello.

There's no issue with wearing a team kit. It's not my thing.

Yea. There's a bit of kickback from feeling like I have to live up to the kit as well.

I don't wanna wear a team kit and get dropped by some dood in a tshirt

I get it to like a hockey player and wear their jersey to a game. But if I played street hockey I wouldn't wear a luongo jersey when I played in net

For the most part, I don't care. I got one of the Craft replica Radio Shack-Nissan Trek jerseys for $35. Pretty awesome jersey but some people think it's tacky. For $35 - whatevs. And plus, I like them as a team. Alphamale's race cut Craft jersey (also Radio Shack-Nissan Trek) was $50. How do you complain?

I didn't get it unlike all those Canucks bandwagoners.

yea i think people think they have to be fast or faster than others in order to rep a kit. i think people should just wear what they want or feel comfortable, and not care about what others think, afterall, youre riding for yourself for fun and health etc.
