Daiso has little tiny ones ... They have them in 3 colors too .. Green, Black, White .. we just bought a white one I think it was less that $15 for a 3 foot one but they have smaller ones as well ..

damn haha, you beat me to it, i was going to say daiso! i was there last night and there was a blue tree there for only $5.50 or something. pretty cute. i don't think it included the doll ornaments though haha.

yah and the gf bought some $2 lights from Superstore and slapped on some Christmas ribbons and it looks really nice!
