Restaurants/pub/bar listings?
Hey everyone, i'm just about finished my Bachelors of business degree and accounting, i've got about another semester left, but most recently i've been asked by a friend to search for listings on restaurants/ pub or bar. His family is planning to move to BC from Winnipeg and wants to start a restaurant here like they had there.

My question is, does anybody know of places that you can find such listings, that describe the size the cost of lease etc

any help would be appreciated

MLS commercial listings.

you can take any commercial space and get the proper permits and do the reno's to turn it into a restaurant..

on a side note, what do your education level have to do with you finding commercial space for a friend??
