top eye lid twitching

left eye lid twitching for 1 month on and off. anyone have this problem? when does it go away?

i sleep 5-7 hours a night. not much stress other than my newborn son. he is 4 months old and he lets us sleep but late. we got to bed around 3am every night and wake up around 7am for feeding and then back to sleep.

Mine twitches when I'm stressed.
Even though you don't THINK you're stressed, you ARE.

Why sleep so late?

First of all he fails for laughing out loud at you. Secondly, unless you are coming off a Benzo addiction, or recently had a concussion, he would likely have no explanation of what was causing it for you at that time.

Benign essential blepharospasms are a common occurrence, and it is well known to be caused by stress, lack of sleep, and dehydration (which causes stress too), in addition to the things I mentioned above. I'm sure there are other causes, but you haven't mentioned what he told you was causing your blepharospasms.

I'm no doctor. Thats my disclaimer.

This used to happen to me once in a while. One thing I tried was running a finger to stretch out the muscles that were twitching. It seemed to stop it.

These days I get much better sleep and nutrition than before and they've definitely stopped.

I think all the stress is coming from your 10 inch penis...morning wood keeps on waking you up from a good night's sleep
