top eye lid twitching left eye lid twitching for 1 month on and off. anyone have this problem? when does it go away? i sleep 5-7 hours a night. not much stress other than my newborn son. he is 4 months old and he lets us sleep but late. we got to bed around 3am every night and wake up around 7am for feeding and then back to sleep. |
if you twitch on the left eyelid sumthing bad is going to happen if you twitch on the right sumthing good is going to happen. |

Mine twitches when I'm stressed. Even though you don't THINK you're stressed, you ARE. Why sleep so late? |
Happens to me too. Stress and caffiene. |
Yup, same eye twitch, also related to stress |

Benign essential blepharospasms are a common occurrence, and it is well known to be caused by stress, lack of sleep, and dehydration (which causes stress too), in addition to the things I mentioned above. I'm sure there are other causes, but you haven't mentioned what he told you was causing your blepharospasms. |

This used to happen to me once in a while. One thing I tried was running a finger to stretch out the muscles that were twitching. It seemed to stop it. These days I get much better sleep and nutrition than before and they've definitely stopped. |
I think all the stress is coming from your 10 inch penis...morning wood keeps on waking you up from a good night's sleep |
