you'd have a better shot opening in Aberdeen Centre, more people and a better chance of having other races as well

i dont know what their rent is like though

4th would be great, but it depends on your target market, the market for Parker Place is completely different from that of 4th and that's also completely different from Granville and Broadway.

Aberdeen isn't that great in my opinion. Rent is expensive, and there's not that many people who buy clothes there. I mean there are traffic but just not enough sales to get the store going. You would have a better chance in Downtown or West 4th/broadwayxGranville area.

Not sure about the clothes sold at Parker place but the majority of the DVDs sold there are fake for example, The store "DP Video" (unit 1220) and "Drama Max video" in Phase 1.

I do not feel comfortable shopping at Parker Place after I realized all the fake stuff being sold at the mall.

Please do not open shop at Parker place because people are going to think your products are "fake" just like what the other stores are selling
