Up in the Air

Fantastic movie. Solidifies George Clooney as one of the best actors of our time.

You'd think a movie where a guy spends the majority of it firing people would be depressing but it is so much fun.

Not at the time, but now that you mention it a little bit. George Clooney >>> Tom Cruise.

I really liked the movie, thanks to oscar screeners I've seen it a few times now. The cancer/can, sir part was great.

i don't particularly care for george clooney's weak range of acting though

i thought it was freaking great. I went in with no expectations and BAM, i was blown away. George did a great job. When he did burn after reading i was sort of impresed how he is not doing anymore mainstream movies. I also saw michael clayton and that was really intense and I enjoyed that too. I started to take him more seriously. When I saw this I was impressed with the script.

The cast did a great job and I truly thought it was a delight walking out from the threaters. It wasn't worthy of my money but more of a rental but still great.

Good point about the body double, there's no way she was that hot as she's already saggy due to gravity in most of the screen time.
