cardio kickboxing in Richmond

I want to get into cardio kickboxing for one goal, to lose weight and be fit. Im not looking to actually learn how to be a pro kickboxer. i just want to be fit and enjoy my workout and the bonus of learning a fighting art. Anyone know of any good places in Richmond? i see lots in vancouver area and surrey but i dont wanna travel that far.

I am not sure if we are on the same page....but they have 'cardio kickboxing' in my community centre (South Arm)vand a bunch of others. Its primarily a womens aerobic class....hardly any guys there too. But i can also see why....it kinda looks gay if u ask me. You're not learning any kickboxing at all really. Ur making urself sweat through the movement of kicks and punches.

There is, though, a very nice view of hot girls that are trying to lose weight because they think they are fat.
