Only if you use it to try and personate a police officer. It's also an interesting way to draw attention to yourself, both from people who don't like police and the curious police officer.

There is a bar in Fanny Bay on Van Island called the Fanny Bay Inn...they sell shirts and things with "FBI" on them...some with a sort of badge design. When you see the people who wear them, there is NO chance you would confuse them with J Edgar Hoover EVER !!

Can't have a red dome light in your car but you can wear police clothing...

Do you believe that the FBI work in Canada in "uniform"? As far as uniforms go, you can buy whatever rank of soldier/sailor/airforce you want at any Army Surplus store. Just don't try to pass yourself off as the genuine thing. As far as non-Police wearing real Police clothing...even a real Cop with a real gun, baton, pepper spray and backup, you can get hurt very easliy. There are some people out there who love hurting & killing Police/. Why put yourself into that danger. That's about as smart as pointing an airsoft or replica gun at someone with a real one that shoots back.

Well, better safe than sorry.
Impersonation of an officer can actually be a potential issue that ends with it as a crime taken seriously
